Governor Katie Hobbs at Noon!
Hi Friend,
It's Election Eve. If you haven't already voted, it's time to do that now. If you have a mail-in ballot, complete the whole thing, sign, date, and seal the envelope, and then go to the front of the line at any voting center in Maricopa County to deposit it in the ballot box.
You can find one near you at BeBallotReady.Vote.
If you plan to vote in person, it's a long ballot. Before you go, read up on propositions and judges at the non-partisan Civic Engagement Beyond Voting website. Then take our LD2 Golden Ticket Ballot Guide with you.
Then, who else do you know who might not have voted yet? Tell them how important you believe this election is, share these links, and help them make their voices heard, too!
Let's win this!
Judy

What's at Stake?
IIt is among the greatest honors of my life to serve first as our community's state representative, and now to be your candidate for the Arizona State Senate.
But the truth is, this election is not about me. It's about the kind of state we want to live in and leave our children.
After spending most of my life working together to get things done as a teacher, mom, and volunteer in our district, I agreed to run for the State House because like so many other Arizona educators these days, the 2nd grade teacher at the school where I was volunteering could no longer afford to teach here and left the state.
However, once in the legislature, it became clearer than ever that de-funding our public schools has actually been the intention of the extremists in the one-seat Republican majority all along.
In fact, they have now driven Arizona to worst in the nation for teacher salaries and per pupil investment.
That's a disaster not only for our families, but for our economy that depends on a strong, educated workforce.
So, I'm now running for the State Senate because as it turns out, we have the opportunity to elect a new majority that instead of stoking division with conspiracy theories and culture wars, is listening to the shared priorities of our neighbors and working together to get things done.
Arizonans deserve leaders dedicated to not only increasing teacher pay, but also to ensuring our communities are safe, protecting our most personal and sacred freedoms, making the cost of living more affordable, and creating a plan to ensure a sustainable water supply and livable climate.
But this opportunity requires that we win THIS LD2 Senate seat - and hold the State House seat I am vacating as well. I'm so grateful to my running mate, Deer Valley Governing Board member Stephanie Simacek for stepping up to work for our families in the State House now, too.
We've both been truly moved to hear from so many long-time Republicans at doors around our district who tell us they're voting for us this year. They're sick of the extremists in the legislature who are more interested in stoking division than solving the very real issues we face.
So, if you've seen lots of negative ads aimed at us, it's because this very close election is a threat to the long-held status quo. As a wise man once said, "Don't get mad. Vote!"
Let's win these seats to make Arizona a better place for all of us.
